Shanghai Marine Geological Exploration and Design Co.Ltd,founded in 1993,fomerly known as Geological Exploration Co. of Shanghai Marine Geological Survey,was renamed in 2005 after the overall restructuring. It has been subordinate to the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources,the Ministry of Land and Resources and the Sinopec Group Company.At present ,it is ownd partly by Shanghai AJ Trust＆Investment Co.Ltd,partly by Shanghai Runshen Investment Management Co.Ltd.
